Southwest Regionals Oakley Surf Shop Challenge 2013: Day Two

The Oakley High School Surf Shop Challenge ran April 6th with the top 10 high school teams in San Diego competing for a regional title. Torrey Pines, last year’s defending champions, took first place to win a cash prize totaling $5,000.
